Day 3 Hanoi - Van Phuc Silk Village & Bat Trang Ceramic Village*

Visit Van Phuc Silk Village
Silk weaving in Vietnam spreads over the country but one of the most illustrious traditional region for silk weaving located in the north-west of Ha Dong town. The talent hands of Van Phuc weavers with traditional skills has been creating many sophisticated types such as cloud type, sand type, crepe, brocade and satin,... which are highly appreciated by local and oversea customers.
Visit Bat Trang Ceramic Village
Watch the artisans forming, painting and glazing their products, which are then baked for several days in huge kilns. Bat Trang Ceramic Village, on the left bank of Red River Delta and about 10 km from Hanoi in East, there situated a pottery village, which is the most famous and long-standing pottery village in Vietnam for its name of Bat Trang

Day 4 Hanoi – Halong Bay
 
This morning drive to Halong Bay, 170km from Hanoi (it takes approximately 3 hours). Free time in Halong by, or take the option for 2 nights Oriental Cruise (2 lunches, 2 dinners, and 2 breakfasts on board included)
Option cruise tour included:
Board your private boat for a beautiful cruise along Halong Bay (4 hours), a world heritage site recognised by UNESCO in 1994.
  Visit some magical grottoes and relax in the best scenic beauty Vietnam has to offer. A fresh seafood lunch is served on board.
  Take a short city tour of Ha Long Bay after disembarkation. Overnight in Halong Bay.

Day 5 Halong Bay
 
Free day in Halong Bay, or if you join Cruise option, the following activities are arranged for today

08h30 Transfer to a Day Boat for a cruise to Lan Ha Bay.
08h30 – 12h00 Explore the Light and Dark Cave by kayak. Swimming and relaxing at the beaches
12h00 – 14h00 Return to the day boat. Enjoy a barbecue lunch on board. Kayaking more to explore Lan Ha Bay or just leisure at the beaches.
14h00 – 14h30 Visit a floating Pearl Farm and learn the technique for making high quality pearls. If the weather permits, we continue along to Three Peach Beach for swimming.
14h30 – 16h00 Cruise back to the main boat
19h00 Enjoy dinner. Squid fishing or just laze around

Day 6 Halong Bay* - Hanoi
 
Your own arranged in Halong Bay in the morning, or if you join Cruise option, the following activities are arranged for the morning. (The group returns to Hanoi in the afternoon).

08h30 - 09h30 Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave - the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30 Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
09h30 - 10h30 Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.
10h30 – 11h30 While heading back to the harbor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00 – 12h30 Disembark V’Spirit Classic and drive back to Hanoi.

Cham Sculpture Museum , The Museum of Cham Sculpture was built in Cham architectural style, using thin lines that are simple and gentle. Cham architecture originates from the period between the 5th and 15th centuries, when a matriarchal society prevailed. At present, the museum displays approximately 300 sculptures, among which some are made from terracotta. The sculptures were collected from Cham Temples and towers throughout Central Vietnam, more specifically the area stretching from Quang Binh to Binh Thuan. All the sculptures are displayed in ten showrooms named after the localities where the pieces have been discovered. After viewing the pieces in the showrooms, there are exterior exhibitions that can be visited.
   
Hoi An Old Town - Coming here, tourists can see a series of old-architectured lanes and houses with nearly 100% cristinely left from their initial buildings with mossgrown walls, deeply plain roofs, old furniture in their cristine past arrangment etc. Hoi An is fortunate to be a cultural crossroads of the Cham culture in the very first southward expansion of Dai Viet (the Vietnamese nation more than 5 centuries ago encroaching on the Indianized Kingdom of Champa, which covered much of what is now central Vietnam), the Asian (Japanese, Chinese, Indian), and the Western ones during their trading here in the 16th century. These diverse cultural influences remain visible today. Colourful guildhalls, founded by ethnic Chinese from Guangdong and Fujian provinces, stand quietly, a testament to the town's trading roots.
